Our Build Process

01 Brainstorm and Map Out Your Vision

Our team will help you brainstorm and map out your vision, so you can create a space that’s perfect for you from start to finish.

02 Connect with the Interior Designer and Architect

Meeting with the architect and the interior designer to help establish a true, well thought out mapping of your home. This is where a 3D rendering of your future home can be established and designed. Going shopping with the designer by finding unique aesthetics on other homes to give us an idea of certain areas of different homes you like.

03 Budget, Contracts and Scheduling

One of the most important and critical components of your new custom build is budget. Having an appropriate and accurate budget that would allow you to take advantage of reduced costs available while still being able to maintain high levels of quality and standard is key to us.

One of our highest priorities is ensuring we don’t undercut the level of quality in detail for your dream home but rather take the time to find the happy medium in getting you into your dream home as quickly as possible without taking shortcuts.

Submittance for permits to the city will take place as well.

04 The Build Out

In this stage we don’t want to cut corners and once we have everything, we need from you and permits from the city we can begin and build your custom home. This part is exciting for you as we begin to construct your home from the ground up, watching your vision come into a reality.

05 Move In

The best part of it all! Being able to finally call the place home and start building lasting memories for years to come.
